Fabrication capability
In-house laser cutting, bending, punching, shearing and welding.

In-house CNC laser cutting, bending, punching, shearing and welding produce the structural steel, tanks, platforms and ductwork that form each system's frame.

Pretreatment tanks, spray booths, curing ovens and VOC treatment modules are pre-assembled and tested across nine dedicated workshop bays before shipment.

Robot arm selection, electrostatic applicator integration and line control programming are engineered to each part family's geometry and cycle time.

OMJX field teams install, wire and commission each system on-site, verifying performance against the agreed process specification before handover.
Engineering Process
From initial requirements review to on-site commissioning, every system follows a consistent engineering workflow.
Our engineers review your part geometry, throughput, coating specification and plant layout constraints.
A non-standard line configuration is proposed, combining pretreatment, application, conveying and environmental control modules to fit your process.
Structural steel, tanks, ductwork and control panels are fabricated and pre-assembled across our workshop bays.
OMJX teams install, wire and commission the system on-site, then hand over documented operating procedures.
Share your process requirements and our engineers will follow up with a configured system proposal.
